E.C. Update!

Here is an update for those who are wondering...

We are trying to squeeze into a very nice, very small office space at 300 E. Sunshine, Suite H.  This is the brick building immediately west of (next to) Jefferson Avenue Baptist Church.  Parking and the entrance are on the back or south side of the building.    Don't just drop in though because we will be there by appointment only.  

We are hoping to have classes in the same building in a different vacant office space.  We will be charged a fee to use this room so our M.L.Q. (Meet, Learn, Question) class fee will be the same as the First Tuesday class, $10 per person.   We are looking into other alternative locations for classes, so this may change in the future.

The classes will be much more of a contact point with clients as orders can be made and picked up at each class.  And don't forget first time visitors may attend the M.L.Q. class without charge, so bring a friend or two! We will spend a few minutes introducing ourselves, our program and philosophy to any newcomers.

The first Tuesday of November happens to be Nov. 1st.  Sounds like a good re-starting point to us!  So we plan to continue The Truth About Series by discussing The Truth About Saturated Fat.  A brief description of this class is on our web site.  Tell your friends, spread the word and come see our new dig!

Remember, come to 300 E. Sunshine, park and enter on the south side and be there by 6:00 p.m. for a good seat and the class fee is $10 per person.
