E.C. Update!

Hi everyone -

We thought we'd update you on our transition. Our garage remains full of boxes, chairs, books, files and furniture as we wait for our new office space.  We are applying for a one room office space at 300 E. Sunshine (the building next to Jefferson Avenue Baptist Church) and hope to get that worked out this coming week.  There is a large common area that we are requesting to have classes in, but again this is all speculative at this point.

Here are 12 adjustments and improvements we've established so far:

1. We were informed on moving day that our price for Loomis Enzymes has increased $2.00 per bottle, therefore our prices will reflect that increase when we are back in business.
2. We are planning on two classes per month.  Hopefully the first and third Tuesday of each month.
3. The first Tuesday class will be the usual special topic and remain $10 per person.
4. The third Tuesday class will be a M.L.Q. class (Meet/Learn/Question).  This will be a combination of our Meet & Greet, Mini-Topic and Question/Answer offerings in the past.
5. New, first time visitors may attend this MLQ class at no charge; a $5 per person fee will remain for those who are not first time visitors.
6. We will have a Client Order Form available at each class for clients to order enzymes or soap. Their order will need to be pre-paid and will be available by the following Tuesday.
7. Due to our anticipated small space we will not keep an inventory. Product will need to be ordered and payment processed before we order.
8. Our new assessment structure for new clients is now posted on our web site.  We have found the 1 hour Intro and 2 hour assessment (total 3 marathon hours) is too difficult for everyone involved. We hope the new structure supports our mission to teach Personal Responsibility for Personal Health by teaching more self assessment as well as decrease consultations to 1 hour at a time.  We also intend to provide more consultation by phone after receiving self assessment results prior to the consult. This will especially be beneficial for many long distance clients.
9. For current clientele, we will continue to be available for office appointments, but will request assessment data such as temperatures, pulses, pHs, and updated food diary with each appointment.  Chem strip urinalysis and 'mini-challenge' will continue to be a part of our assessment as we feel necessary.
10. Appointments will be kept at 1 hour length.
11. In time more office and phone appointments will be conducted by Carla as Ronnie's availability dictates.
12. We anticipate similar office hours such as Tuesdays and Thursdays. However, we will be starting Educational classes in Harrison, Arkansas once per month and may have to close early on that day.

Now, that is a lot to process... So please email any questions or comments as you think of them.  Thank you VERY much for your patience. We are honored by your good work at being healthy and we continue to rely on your referrals.

We'll try to send another update by the end of this coming week!  May you all embrace this beautiful season and we hope to see you soon!

Carla & Ronnie
